Eating Made Easy

UKColorMYPlate is a new campaign that encourages individuals to consume a variety of fruits and vegetables in a 'rainbow' of colors and to consume the appropriate amount of fruits and vegetables.  To jumpstart the campaign we are having a contest! During March 1st - March 28th, upload pictures of your plate featuring at least 1 serving (1/2 cup) of fruits and vegetables that match the designated color of the week with the hashtag #UKColorMyPlate.
