Meal Plans and Flex Plans are annual contracts and are billed per academic
term.
Please
allow up to 3 business days for your order to be processed for use -
adjustments to your bill will be reflected in the next account statement issued
by the University on the first of each month.
Orders must be placed using official UKY Email Address and Wildcard ID number. Orders placed without the correct information will be cancelled upon review. To ensure your plan is first bill, please order prior to July 18th. Orders placed after this date will be included on the next bill.
The Spring 2025 Downgrade Deadline is January 25th, 2025.
